ETC… Another great microlot imported from our friends, the Rubio family at the Biokrop Project. The Biokrop Project is a consortium of small and medium sized producers who share a philosophy of growing fine specialty coffees with agroecological practices, water conservation methods, and innovative fermentation. This particular lot was farmed by Jose Alfredo Recinos Diaz and his team in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador. After the cherries were picked, some of the coffee was dried using Natural processing methods and some of the coffee was dried using Honey processing methods. We are roasting both beans and blending them together to give you a truly unique experience with this year’s San Andres offering.
